This department is dedicated to the study of the establishment and legalisation of all types of companies, commercial contracts and all possible adjustments, changes and restructuring that may occur in corporate life.

- Management before the Business Register and the Property Register.
- Planning and consultancy on the preparation of creditors’ insolvency process declarations or the negotiation of debt reduction and debt deferral agreements.
- Arrangement of meetings with creditors (voluntary and necessary) and the Spanish Law of a Second Opportunity (reform of the insolvency law giving passive subjects the opportunity of debt exoneration).
